Negliub Textile Tradition of the Vetka District is included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List. This craft, which originated in the 17th century, has preserved the ancient techniques of weaving and embroidery. Featuring a rich polychrome range and more than a hundred patterns, the non-European towels have become a symbol of national identity. Their geometric ornaments carry coded wishes for well-being, and a special creation technique makes each product unique. Today, non-favorite products continue to be used in everyday life and rituals, and local residents actively pass on their knowledge to young people.
