Sculptures from the collections — for the first time for a wide audience

The exhibition "Archive" opened at the Palace of Arts. For the first time sculptural works from the fund of the Belarusian Union of Artists are widely demonstrated. The works of not only famous authors are included, which reflects the diversity of the Belarusian fine arts. The main focus of the works is realistic reflection of reality through portraits and genre compositions. The exposition covers the period of 1950-1980s. The themes that worried the authors range from national memory and war to childhood, youth and labor. The sculptures are made in stone, wood and metal.
