Several new projects have been presented today in
the regional center Vitebsk – a show in the “Puppet neighborhood” and
exposition of temple paintings at the Museum of arts. For the first time, the
satirical genre is represented in a big format – the famous comic show “Once
Upon A Time In Russia”. The central streets are populous today due to the fair
of folk crafts and arts.
