On 17 March the Belarusian State Philharmonic will host the concert "Music Without Borders." People's Artist of Moldova Konstantin Moskovich will perform with the Belteleradiocompany Symphony Orchestra. The program features music by world classics. Honored Artist of Belarus Viktor Babarikin will conduct the concert.
