For the first time, film and TV festival "Kinosvet" is being held in Belarus. The international project moved in from Latvia and brought together more than 120 young filmmakers. The participants are 10 to 18 years old and come from Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Lithuania and Ukraine. The winners of the qualifying round have been invited to Minsk. The jury named the 25 best works out of four hundred entries. These are documentaries and feature films, animations and TV programs for children. The forum's program includes trainings and master classes for aspiring directors and cameramen. At the end of the festival, the films will uploaded to Internet platforms.
