Minsk is celebrating the beginning of Chinese spring. The traditional Spring Festival in Belarus offers a cultural bazaar and photo exhibitions. A Henan performance group has arrived in Minsk to play national instruments, present Chinese wushu and dance shows. A gala concert featuring Belarusian and Chinese artists will take place at the Belarusian State Philharmonic tonight.
