At the Republican Festival of National Cultures, the Maldives student community will present its traditions for the first time

During the 15^th Republican Festival of National Cultures, Grodno will hospitably welcome representatives of 42 nationalities. For the first time, a student community from the Maldives will present their traditions on a large scale. The students are getting education at Grodno Medical University. They will perform at the festival opening and gala concert, and will also invite guests to their farmstead, where they will display traditional Maldivian costumes, household items, and musical instruments. Maldivian chefs will treat guests to their national dishes made from coconut, fish, starch, and spices. They will also perform their famous the traditional Boduberu dance.
