Young people from Belarus and Russia work in student brigades at OJSC MAZ

The republican labor project "Avtozavodets-2025" unites the youth of Belarus and Russia. 260 guys work in student brigades at the Minsk Automobile Plant. Young people are involved in all areas: from assembling and welding cars to servicing workers as cooks and waiters. Their work takes place under the strict guidance of experienced mentors and only after completing the briefing. MAZ is rightfully proud of its achievements. One of them is the recognition of the best organization hosting student brigades based on the results of last year. For students, this is not just a job, but also an opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop professional skills and learn to work in a team.
