A wreath was laid at the Eternal Flame in Moscow in honor of Belarus's Independence Day

In anticipation of the significant date, Belarusian diplomats, Eurasian Economic Commission ministers, parliamentarians, and military attachés laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow. Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Yuri Seliverstov participated in the ceremony. The monument is located in the Alexander Garden near the Kremlin walls. The Eternal Flame always burns there, and the words "Your name is unknown, your feat is immortal" are carved into the stone. Participants of the ceremony also laid flowers at the memorial signs "Hero City Minsk" and "Brest Hero Fortress" on the Alley of Hero Cities in the Alexander Garden.
