Young Belarusians were solemnly handed passports at the Museum of the Great Patriotic War
The patriotic action "We are the citizens of Belarus!" is taking place all over the country. The main heroes of this initiative are young boys and girls, who are solemnly handed over their main document — passport. Today 40 children from all over the country gathered at the Museum of the Great Patriotic War. The first deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Natalia Petkevich presented the State Flag and the Constitution, as well as a passport cover and a book edition "Symbols of Sovereign Belarus" to the children. Despite their young age, the children already have something to be proud of: all of them are excellent students, pupils of military-patriotic classes, winners of Olympiads and activists. The event ended with an excursion to the Museum of the Great Patriotic War.
