Unified car insurance policies will be sold in Belarus and Russia from 23 April
Belarusians and Russians will be able to take out a single policy of compulsory motor third party liability insurance. This is an additional insurance system. It is advantageous for those who like to travel to take out the contract. This is especially true for those who often travel around the Union State by private transport. At the same time, the "Blue Card" will remain, it can also be issued for traveling from one country to another. The difference with the MTPL is that it is valid both in Belarus and Russia, while the "Blue Card" — only in the neighboring country. As for the tariffs for a single policy, it all depends on driving experience, engine capacity of the car and other factors. Since 23 April, motorists from Belarus and Russia will be able to conclude this contract at will.
