Tourist potential of Grodno region presented to tour operators from Moscow

The flow of tourists from various regions of Russia to Grodno region continues to increase. The growth rate of export of tourist services was over 130%. Familiarisation tours for tour guides and media representatives are part of a big effort to increase the attractiveness of the region. Familiarisation with the region starts with a visit to the August Canal, which is included in the UNESCO Tentative List of World Heritage Sites. Visits to the Svyatsk palace and park complex and the sights of Grodno, Lida and Mir are also organised for the guests. Due to its picturesque nature and rich historical heritage, the western region of Belarus can be a real discovery for guests from Russia.
