Today the CEC will summarise the final results of the presidential election in Belarus

On 3 February the Central Election Commission will sum up the results of the presidential election in Belarus. The session will start at 12:00. The online broadcast will be available on the CEC website. The session will hear the information of the chairmen of the regional and Minsk City Commissions. They will consider information about the work of the Public Observation Center, as well as work with young people during the preparation and conduct of the elections. Accredited observers and media representatives will take part in the meeting. Presidential elections were held on 26 January. The incumbent head of state Aleksandr Lukashenko won with 86.82% of votes.
