The XXXII Belarusian Written Language Day has ended in Lida
On 6 and 7 September, the Belarusian Written Language Day brought together creative people and book connoisseurs in Lida. This year, the republican holiday has combined several leitmotifs and is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, the Year of Landscaping, as well as the 500th anniversary of the publication of the book "The Apostle" by Francisk Skorina. Book novelties were presented, literary readings, dramatizations, historical reconstructions, and autograph sessions were held. Interactive platforms worked for residents and guests of the city, the opening of art objects took place, and warm creative meetings and musical surprises were not complete. In 2026, the city of Kostyukovichi, Mogilev Oblast, will host the writing festival.
