The President's special fund certificates were awarded in Minsk

A solemn ceremony of awarding certificates of the President's special fund for social support of gifted pupils and students was held in Minsk City Hall. 46 students and 5 teachers received honourable awards. Everyone's biography includes victories in republican and international Olympiads and contests of research works. The tradition to honour the achievements and talents of young people at the highest level appeared in Belarus almost 30 years ago. During this time, more than 40 thousand people have become scholarship holders in Minsk alone.
