The XXXIV International Festival of Arts will be held from 10 to 13 July. Taking into account the existing practice of state support of the event, separate privileges and preferences have been provided for its organisers and participants. In particular, the festival guests from 71 countries have a visa-free procedure of entry to Belarus, temporary stay and departure from the country. The original or electronic ticket to the festival events will be a pass to cross the state border. The Decree of the Head of State has also updated the composition of the organising committee for the arts festival.
