The nuances of architectural and construction activities have been improved in Belarus

The regulation of the Council of Ministers describes how the regional and Minsk city executive committees can authorise the construction of objects with deviation from the approved town-planning project. This applies to all sites, except for the territory of the Great Stone Industrial Park, agricultural land and forestry fund. The resolution became valid on 6 June. The executive committee authorises or refuses to build objects "not according to the plan". The decision will be notified within four working days from the date of its adoption.
