Consultations and assistance in solving any labour issue. The Federation of Trade Unions has launched an inter-sectoral monitoring centre. Resolving disputes through the "one-window" system is a convenient and effective form. For the convenience of citizens, the centre has introduced a single telephone number. It will analyse the nature of citizens' requests and accumulate information on problematic situations in labour collectives of all sectors.
