The large-scale ecological campaign "Blue-eyed Belarus" was launched
The State Inspectorate for Fauna and Flora Protection together with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and executive committees clean up water bodies. This week a large-scale environmental campaign "Blue-eyed Belarus" is taking place. Its main goal is to preserve lakes and rivers. The action is designed to unite concerned citizens in the desire to make the country even more beautiful. To put in order, to improve the territories adjacent to socially important water bodies and to remind the society about the importance of careful attitude to nature. The geography of the action will cover hundreds of points all over Belarus, including Braslav lakes, Naroch, banks of rivers Neman, Pripyat and other water bodies.
