The International Electoral Forum gathered in Minsk

An International Electoral Forum is being held in Minsk. This event, which is being held in Minsk for the second time, brings together representatives of the central election authorities of the CIS and non-CIS countries, the scientific community and youth. The Forum promises a rich programme aimed at discussing topical issues of shaping the legal culture of voters and strengthening the spiritual and moral foundations of society. The first meeting of the new CEC Youth Council was also held on the sidelines of the forum.

The Youth Council is a permanent advisory and consultative body that aims to enhance the legal culture of voters. According to the regulations, it is formed for two years.
