The formation of the "United Transitional Cabinet" in Belarus may be recognised as a terrorist
The Prosecutor General of Belarus A. Shved came forward with an initiative to recognise the community "United Transitional Cabinet" and its structural subdivisions as terrorist and ban them on the territory of our country. The corresponding application has already been sent to the Supreme Court. The creation of this formation was announced in August 2022 in Vilnius by a gang of conspirators. As it was reported more than once, the activity of the formation is supervised and financed by a number of neighbouring foreign states, their special and intelligence services. And the so-called Cabinet maintains stable links with foreign extremist organisations. The basis for the Prosecutor General's statement was the proposal of the KGB in accordance with the Law "On Combating Terrorism". As emphasised in the official statement, the criminal actions of the Cabinet are confirmed by the materials of criminal cases on inciting social hatred and discord, acts of terrorism, conspiracy to seize power, as well as on the commission of many other grave and especially grave crimes.
