The National Library of Belarus (NLB) has launched a project in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War "For a Peaceful Sky!". The exhibition features archive documents, personal belongings and awards of the war participants, items of "trench art", articles and essays of the war and post-war periods about the exploits on the battlefields. There is a rich collection of artifacts that tell about the heroic deeds of the Soviet people. Each wartime object tells the stories of people who won the Great Victory at the cost of their own lives. You can get acquainted with the exhibits at the NLB until September.
