The CEC of Belarus honoured the best representatives of the mass media

On the eve of the professional holiday of the Day of Radio, Television and Communication Workers, the Central Election Commission of Belarus awarded the best representatives of the mass media who actively covered the Presidential elections. Among the awardees was Gleb Shulman, Deputy Chairman of Belteleradiocompany, as well as presenters, correspondents, producers, cameramen. They are united by their dedication to work. According to CEC Chairman Igor Karpenko, the professionalism of the media representatives has been the success of the elections on the principles of openness and transparency. Thanks to journalists, a big step was made towards the voters' trust in the elections. Throughout the election campaign, media representatives covered the main stages of the elections and helped voters to understand all the nuances. More than 800 media representatives, including over 300 foreign ones, were accredited to work at the presidential election in Belarus.
