The Belarusian Air Force received upgraded fighter jets
Another batch of Su-30SM2 multirole fighters has arrived at the military airfield of Belarus. According to the Ministry of Defense, these supplies are being carried out as part of the implementation of agreements between Belarus and Russia. Among the key advantages of the new machines are an increased target detection range, modern avionics with autonomous navigation, and an expanded arsenal. The first batch of equipment was successfully commissioned at the beginning of the year. Experienced crews are already on combat duty on these vehicles. Intensive training of young pilots is underway. According to the Air Force command, the new Su-30SM2 will significantly strengthen the country's air defense system. Of particular value is their ability to operate in conditions of electronic warfare and without satellite navigation.
