State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich visited the territorial defense facilities in Postavy District

Territorial defence is one of the most important areas of Belarus' defence. This was pointed out by the State Secretary of the Security Council during his visit to Postavy District, where a gathering with the military personnel of the territorial troops is being held on behalf of the President. A. Volfovich commended the work of the local authorities and stressed that Belarus, unlike its western neighbours, does not focus on increasing the number of active Armed Forces. Such events are a trend of the time and increase the defence capacity of the country. And any military training camps are primarily aimed at learning new forms and methods of combat operations. Therefore, the experience of modern military conflicts is introduced into the training of the Armed Forces and other troops and formations. The events in the Postavy District were no exception.
