Requirements for fairs have been adjusted in Belarus

The Government has adjusted the requirements for holding fairs. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister. According to the document, it introduces the obligation of the fair organizer to provide places for Belarusian producers. The list of information to be specified by the fair organizer in the application for approval of its holding has been clarified. In addition, the grounds for refusal to approve the event are expanded. At the same time, the term of one fair is established — no more than 30 consecutive calendar days.
