Rental housing will be provided to workers in demanded professions

Rental housing in Belarus will be provided to workers of the most demanded professions. The President signed the relevant decree. The document gives district and city executive committees the right to determine the list of specialists needed for the real sector and social sphere of the region. The local authorities will also decide on the provision of rental housing to such workers. The basis will be petitions of tenants from among government agencies and organisations. It is expected that the decree will increase social protection for specialists in various spheres of the economy, including those who came to work on placement, and will contribute to securing their jobs.
