Renovated X-ray operating rooms opened in Vitebsk

On the eve of Medical Workers' Day, a new X-ray operating room was opened at the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Cardiac Centre. The modern angiographic complex will increase the number of operations by at least 1.5 times and expand their range. Previously, patients who required surgical correction of heart rhythm disorders were referred to republican centres, but now such operations will be performed in Vitebsk. The operating theatre at the regional clinical hospital has also been equipped with new equipment. About 3.000 patients are operated on here every year. The modernisation will improve the quality and accessibility of medical care in the Vitebsk region.
