Rare archive documents and photographs are presented at the exhibition on the 80th Anniversary of the Victory Day

The exhibition "Images of the Great Victory in Belarusian Cinema" was opened in the University of Culture gallery in Minsk. This is a joint project of the Belarusian Union of Cinematographers, the Archive of Film and Photo Documents, the Historical Museum and the Centre for Research of Belarusian Culture, Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences. The exposition is a selection of unique photos and sketches, which were used to create the imagery of the famous war films: "Come and See", "We All Come from Childhood", "In August of the 44th". The photos also show legendary creators of war cinema: Viktor Turov, Mikhail Ptashuk, Igor Dobrolyubov, cameramen, artists, scriptwriters and sound directors.
