Protecting the interests of natural resource workers

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the Belarusian Trade Union of Forest and Nature Management Workers agreed on additional guarantees for workers in the sphere of natural resources and environmental protection. More than 10 innovations were introduced into the current tariff agreement. In most cases, the changes concern commercial organisations in the sector. The key innovations include financial support for young people, workers with children and workers in demanded professions. The agreements reached will be reflected in the organisations' collective agreements.
