Professional skills competition "Best high-altitude rescue emergency worker" starts in Minsk

10 teams from the regional and Minsk city departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Republican special forces unit "ZUBR" and the University of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Emergency Situations take part in the competition. The competition takes place in 2 stages. Today, participants competed in rescuing victims at heights using mountaineering technologies and equipment. On Friday, rescuers will be equipped to climb flights of stairs to a height of more than 110 meters. Based on the results of the two-day marathon, the winners will be determined in both the individual and team competitions.
