Pay rises for nurses and paramedics

The decree of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry determines surcharge for medical workers with secondary specialised education in Belarus. Already from 1 March nurses and paramedics will feel the increase. In total, the surcharge will increase by 35%. They will be paid in stages — in three planned increases throughout the year. The final amount of additional payments will depend on the profile of the employee. Today, over 111.000 specialists with secondary specialised medical education work in the industry.
