Parliamentarians discussed the implementation of Union programs in the healthcare sector

During the session, the volume and quality of medical assistance provided to the citizens of Belarus and Russia were analysed. The task of the parliamentarians is to introduce amendments to the legislation of both countries in the field of healthcare. Specialists of the Ministry of Justice were also involved in this work. The goal is to expand the coverage of patients by medical centres of the two countries. The results of the work of the commission of the parliamentary assembly should be reported at the meeting of the high-level group of the Council of Ministers of the Union State, which will be held in early September.
