News agencies of Belarus and Iran signed a memorandum of cooperation

The Belarusian Telegraph Agency (BelTA) and Iran’s Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) signed a memorandum of understanding. The document was signed by BelTA Director General Irina Akulovich and IRNA CEO Hossein Jaberi-Ansari. The parties will exchange operational information and photo materials, cooperate in covering visits of heads of state, official delegations and interstate events in Belarus and Iran. Exchange of experience and internships for journalists are also discussed. With the signing of the memorandum, interaction will become more active, and residents of Belarus and Iran will learn more about each other.
