Minsk has introduced new rules for scooters
07.04.2025
New areas where travelling by personal mobility vehicles is prohibited have been defined. Such areas are iconic memorial complexes, as well as historical and cultural sites in the city. They will be visually displayed on the maps in the applications of kickshare services, reminding users of a possible violation. Now the maximum speed within the first city transport ring is 15 km/h, in the second — 17 km/h, and in the rest of the city — 20 km/h. All the changes are introduced to make the movement of both pedestrians and mobile transport users safer.
