Media holding creation and Belarus-Russia interaction in information sphere

The Union State Media Holding will become the hub and heart of interaction between Belarus and Russia in the information sphere. The matter was discussed during a joint meeting of the Belarusian-Russian working group on the issue of reforming the media of the Union State and the creation of an autonomous non-profit organization "Media Company of the Union State". Today, experts gathered once again to discuss practical steps, in particular, the draft Charter of the company. The main task of the new media holding is impartial and truthful coverage of the processes of Belarusian-Russian integration and all topical issues on the international agenda. It is planned that the media company will include a TV channel, several printed media and an editorial office that will create its own content for digital media and social networks.
