In Brest, difficult teenagers will be trained in martial arts

Discipline, endurance, healthy lifestyle. A new center of martial arts for professionals and beginners was opened on the basis of the 26th school of Brest. Here they will be practicing boxing, judo, sambo and more. It is planned to open fitness boxing groups for girls, as well as crossfit. Among the tasks of this sports space is social orientation. They want to pay special attention to difficult teenagers and children who were left without parental care. The capacity of the center is about 150 people a day. By the way, the founder of the center is Brest youth sports association Sparta Family.
