Gladiolus bloom season in the Central Botanical Garden of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus
12.08.2025
The collection includes about 600 varieties, including those created by Belarusian breeders. The smoky flowers with a hint of coffee, as well as the green, yellow and variegated representatives of these inflorescences, stand out especially. Moderate temperatures and lack of rain are optimal conditions for their growth. Lilies continue to delight with their blooming. There are more than 500 varieties in the collection. The buds are striking in their variety: bright yellow, pink, bicolor, lush and with lace petals. Most of them are Asian hybrids.
