Exports between Gomel Oblast and China doubled in the first half of 2025

A delegation of the Gomel oblast headed by Chairman of the regional Executive Committee Ivan Krupko visited Changchun. The working visit will give a new impetus to the development of relations. There have been no cooperation agreements with Jilin Province so far, and therefore the heads of large industrial and processing enterprises are representing the southeastern region of China during the visit. As Ivan Krupko noted, two dozen enterprises of the Gomel region are accredited to supply products to China. Gomel Meat Processing Plant and residents of FEZ Gomel-Raton are major exporters to China.
