College enrollment in Belarus exceeded university enrollment by 1.5 times

Admission of documents to institutions of secondary special education continues. Colleges offer training in more than 200 specialties. The most in — demand fields are engineering, medicine, pedagogy, art, and IT technologies. 173 colleges and 34 other institutions of secondary special education are waiting for first-year students. The Ministry of Education noted that college enrollment this year is one and a half times higher than university enrollment. Colleges accept documents for the budget till 1 August, and for paid ones — 12 August. This applies to school graduates. For some categories of applicants, the deadlines are different.
