Changes in online payments

Changes to the rules for using payment instruments are coming into force in Belarus. They were announced by the National Bank. Now users will be able to switch from mobile banking to partner sites for purchases. At the same time, it will be clearly indicated that they are leaving the banking environment and making a purchase on the partner's platform. Rules for actions in case of unauthorized payments have been defined. The changes are aimed at increasing transparency, security and protecting the rights of clients, in line with the course towards digitalization.
