By 2030, up to 300.000 electric cars may appear in Belarus
28.07.2025
About 200 charging stations with a capacity of 720 kilowatts will open in the country this year. Such an energy-saturated charge can add about 300 kilometres to an electric car in half an hour. There are currently about 1.500 charging stations in the country. For the owners' convenience, a number of mobile applications have been developed where one can not only pay for charging, but also find and book free stations. Belarus has set itself an ambitious goal — to replenish the ranks of electric cars to 300.000 by 2030. Experts note that there is everything needed for this today. Free customs clearance, the developing infrastructure of charging stations and affordable electricity.
