11.03.2025
BSU scientists are researching a 3D model of the jaw for the correct installation of implants. The development has no analogues and is revolutionary in the field of dentistry. The school of biomechanics has been working on the basis of BSU for 20 years. Scientists use a special programme to create prototypes of living tissues from artificial materials. Over the last 15 years, about 50 instructions and virtual models in the field of traumatology, orthopaedics, otorhinolaryngology and dentistry have been introduced into the practical activities of Belarusian medical institutions.
