Leonid Yakubovich turned 80 years old. The President of Belarus congratulated the People's Artist of Russia on his birthday. "Thanks to your sincerity, natural charm and inexhaustible energy, your creative projects always become an unforgettable sight, captivating with their brightness and originality", Aleksandr Lukashenko noted. Leonid Yakubovich came to television in 1991 and almost immediately won national love. As a presenter, he tried himself in many TV projects, including "The Weakest Link", "The Wheel of History", "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?". Leonid Yakubovich was and remains the permanent host of the programme "The Field of Wonders" (the Russian analogue of the Wheel of Fortune), which is impossible to imagine without him.
