Belarusian government resigned before the newly elected President

According to the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the government resigned before the newly elected President. In order to ensure uninterrupted work of the executive power vertical, the head of state, guided by the Constitution, by his decree instructed the Prime Minister, his deputies, ministers, chairmen of State Committees, and the head of the Council of Ministers to continue performing their duties until a new government is formed. As before, the government includes the chairmen of the State Control Committee, the National Statistical Committee, the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Board of the Belarusian Republican Union of Consumer Societies.
