12.08.2025
The Civil Guard and the Spanish Customs Control Service have eliminated a criminal organization for the production and distribution of counterfeit tobacco products in Malaga, Cordoba and Seville. A total of 18 workers of different nationalities, including citizens of Belarus, China and Vietnam, who worked in inhumane conditions, were released. It is reported that the criminals recruited people through Facebook, where they were promised up to 3.000 euros per month in the construction sector. They were met at the airport by representatives of a criminal organization and taken to illegal factories, where they worked 12 hours a day without pay. 12 of those released (citizens of Belarus and China) have applied to return to their homeland.
