14.05.2025
On the eve of the health improvement campaign, President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed an executive order to allocate funds for the recreation of 314 children from Algeria, China, Egypt, India, Laos, Myanmar, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Kursk Oblast of Russia at the Zubrenok National Children's Centre. During their stay in Belarus, the children will undergo medical examinations, receive necessary sanatorium and spa treatment, visit cultural events and significant historical sites in Minsk and the regions. Children from other countries have been invited for recreation and health improvement in Belarus every year since 2017. Over the period of the health tourism programme, more than 2.500 children from abroad have had a rest and received treatment in our country. This contributes to building trust and mutual understanding in relations with friendly countries, as well as to the development of cooperation in the humanitarian and educational sphere.
