Belarus is preparing amendments to a number of regulatory documents

The legal system of Belarus is responding promptly to new challenges: the country is preparing amendments and additions to a number of regulatory documents concerning tax, labor, natural resources and construction sectors. Thus, the draft amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences propose to increase responsibility for violations of labor legislation. It should be recalled that regulatory changes have recently been introduced in the areas of social insurance, real estate activities and shared-equity construction. Carsharing services will also be regulated in Belarus.
