Belarus hosts a press tour of journalists from the EAEU and CIS countries
On May 4-10, Belarus hosts a press tour for representatives of mass media of the EAEU and CIS member states. It is timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. The program started with a sightseeing tour of Minsk. The participants visited the National Library of Belarus. The guests were able to learn about the rich collection, see modern reading rooms and appreciate the panorama of the city from a height. Journalists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan are participating in the press tour. A week of a busy program lies ahead: visits to city-forming enterprises, historical and cultural heritage sites, places of military glory.
