Belarus has become a platform for humanitarian dialogue
Belarus has once again acted as a humanitarian bridge between Moscow and Kiev, playing an important role in the exchange process. 10 citizens of Russia and Ukraine reunited with their families in Belarus. Five people went to their relatives in Russia, and five more will meet with relatives in Ukraine. In total, seven families were reunited. The exchange procedure took place in Gomel Oblast with the assistance of the Belarusian side and representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross. The action was conducted by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova. Belarus has consistently acted as a platform for humanitarian dialogue between Russia and Ukraine.
